The journey of finding our truth and inner selves is life-long.
I am still on that journey.
I am a creative being, and have enjoyed fluttering from one creative expression to the next throughout my life. Teaching has been a beautiful outlet for this energy and has quenched the desire to inspire others to connect with their truth and inner selves. Giving the gift of insight into who you are - instead of who you are “supposed” to be - is one of my main goals when working with children and with adults. My offerings to you are the parts of me that I feel called to blossom. They are my flowers, my tools, that support me in reaching my highest potential. I anchor myself through reiki, mindfulness/meditation, music and yoga. These gifts awaken and heal my inner child, and have reignited my curiosity, wonder and innocence.
My intention is to share these gifts, these flowers, with you and your loved ones.
