Reiki is a form of energy healing

The practitioner channels reiki energy into the patient’s body to restore physical, mental and emotional well-being.

My intention is to connect you with your inner truth - open your heart up to possibility, dreaming and wonder. Many of us have lost connection to these qualities that were abundant in us as children. We each have unopened gifts inside, ones that have been left undiscovered. Reiki helps you to connect with the innocence and purity within - it welcomes your inner light to shine through and radiate out. Reiki is infused into my life and all my sessions and classes, with adults and children. 

I specialize in giving Reiki to women during their fertility journey. This encompasses women trying to conceive, going through fertility treatments, pregnant women and post-natal treatment. There are many physical and emotional changes that accompany this time. Women deserve to give their bodies extra tender love and care when growing a precious life inside. My intention is to help women find deep peace and relaxation, as well as help them connect with their inner children - both the child within themselves and the life growing inside - in preparation for motherhood. 

I hold a Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 level certification and have had 100 hours of reiki mentorship training at Maha Rose Center for Healing in New York City.
